1. Yes. Our shopping cart processes all the information by using the latest security technology: SSL 256-bit encryption.  We do not sell or distribute and confidential consumer information to any third party for any reason.

2. Three Mules has a large inventory of  Welding Machines, Accessories and supplies.  Please allow 3-6 business days to recieve any big machines you order from us.  All orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same business day.  Any order placed after 2 PM will be shipped the Next Business Day.  If you place an order for a product we do not have in stock these items will be backordered and will take longer to receive. 

3. If you receive your order in damaged condition, you must contact us by phone or email and let us know within 24 hours after receiving your items.  ANY CLAIM AFTER 2 DAYS WILL BE REFUSED!!!!!

4. Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.

5. We Ship Monday - Friday.  All orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day.  Any orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next day.  We do not ship out any orders on the weekends.  Any orders placed on a weekend will be shipped out the next business day. 

You can check on the status of your order by clicking on
Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.

6. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.

7. If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.


We do accept returns in most cases within 7 days of original purchase.  All items must be reutnred in their original cartons and must be in brand new, unused, sellable condition.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee.  The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

9. There are various ways of finding a product. You can browse our online store through categories by clicking on the main menu button links to find what you are looking for, you can also click on 'Search' and type a search term related to what you are looking for and all corresponding results will be displayed.

10. There are links and buttons on the site to get you where you want to go. Products are available from the main menu and under the "Products" button link, you can also view informational web pages that we have set up so you can get some information on our company and our products.

13. Yes, sales tax is collected if the item is sold in Maryland or shipped in Maryland.  We do not charge sales tax for orders made outside the state of Maryland.
