Shipping & Returns

 

  • What are the time frames and limits for accepting a return?  7 DAYS
  • Do time frames and limits begin on the order day or when the order is received?  When the order is received
  • What condition should the product be for a full refund? What about a partial refund? Is store credit an option?  Product should be returned in excellent condition.  We do not accept partial refunds.  We do not offer in store credit. 
  • Who is responsible for postage in returns and exchanges?  The customer is responsible for postage in returns.  We do not offer exchanges.
  • How can customers expect to receive your products?  We ship via UPS.  We can ship UPS Ground, 2nd day Air, Next Day Air.
  • How will your customers be able to identify their shipments? Will it be in a generic box? Will it be clearly marked from with your company’s address and logo?  The boxes shipped will be in a generic brown box.  Our company's address will be on the shipping label.
  • Will delivery require a signature?  Orders over $500 will require a signature.
  • Are your products perishable and require prompt attention upon delivery?  No, our products do not require prompt attention upon delivery.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • All notices from Three Mules Welding Supply to you may be posted on our Web site and will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from You to Three Mules Welding Supply shall be made either by e-mail, sent to the address we provide on our Web site, or first class mail to our address at:

    Delivery shall be deemed to have been made by You to Three Mules Welding Supply five (5) days after the date sent.

  • At this time, Three Mules Welding Supply only ships merchandise to locations within the United States.

    We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico or overseas

  • Sales Tax
  • A Sales tax of 6.0% will be applied to all orders.

  • Return Policy
  • We do accept returns in most cases within 7 days of original purchase.  All items must be reutnred in their original cartons and must be in brand new, unused, sellable condition.  All returns are subject to a restocking fee.  The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. 

    SHIPPING DAMAGE Three Mules Welding Supply MUST be contacted within 72 hours for any External Damages to packages recieved. Any Internal damages MUST be reported to Three Mules Welding Supply within 5 days of receipt.

    On all damage claims the box, packing contents must be saved for inspection to determine the cause of damage.

    ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE BEYOND 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT WILL BE REFUSED

    If a delivery is damaged, and noted as required, Three Mules must receive authorization from the carrier to repair or replace the merchandise before any replacement can be sent or any repairs are started.

    The customer is responsible for any shipping charges back to Three Mules , except in the case of a defective item. All items must receive prior authorization or they will be refused.

  • We are open Mon-Thu. 7AM-5:30PM, Friday 7AM-5PM and Sat 8AM-12PM

  • We Ship Monday - Friday.  All orders placed by 2 PM will be shipped the same day.  Any orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next day.  We do not ship out any orders on the weekends.  Any orders placed on a weekend will be shipped out the next business day.
