MagnaFlux SpotCheck Dye Penetrant Kit SK-416
The SpotCheck SK-416 Dye Penetrant Kit is an economical 5 step process that helps detect cracks and leaks in metal surfaces.
The simple step process for finding cracks is as follows:
1. Clean--Preclean part or surface using the SpotCheck SKC-S Cleaner & Remover.
2. Apply Penetrant--Apply the SpotCheck SKL-SP1 Penetrant & let set.
3. Remove Penetrant--Remove penetrant using the SpotCheck SKC-S Cleaner & Remover.
4. Develop--Apply the SpotCheck SKD-S2 Developer to draw the penetrant out of the cracks.
5. Inspect--Inspect the part of surface for any defects.
